豐島屋本店について

豐島屋本店起源於1956年,由第一代店主豐島屋十右衛門開設,地處江戶(現在的東京)中心地帶的鎌倉河岸,創業伊始乃是一家賣酒兼供應飯菜的小酒館,而如今豐島屋已成為東京歷史最悠久的酒鋪。傳說那時正值江戶城大修,各路人士雲集鎌倉河岸,豐島屋也因此盛極一時。

此外,十右衛門釀造的白米酒也名滿江戶。據說在日本傳統節日的女兒節時供奉白米酒,祈禱女孩健康成長的習俗就是起源於此。這種白米酒是一種香甜的利口酒,深受當時女性顧客的青睞。且豐島屋的白米酒也多次在小說以及日本傳統藝術歌舞伎的舞台中登場。如今,豐島屋依舊沿襲古時的釀造工藝,每年只釀造一次白米酒。

現在,豐島屋的釀酒坊位於東京西部的東村山市,主要釀造清酒、白米酒和甜料酒等。清酒「金婚」在全國新酒評選活動中多次榮獲金獎,並被明治神宮、神田明社等神社指定為供奉給神明的神酒。清酒「金婚」由釀酒匠人精心釀造,作為能夠代表東京的清酒之一,向廣大顧客傳遞其價值。
